Kenny is the Founder and President of REDLINE Surveying & Civil Construction Drafting, LLC, bringing nearly four decades of experience in surveying, civil construction, drafting, permitting and project management. Since entering the industry in 1987, Kenny has built a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the surveying and construction process through hands-on experience in both field and office environments.
Throughout his career, Kenny has worked his way through the ranks from an entry-level position in the field and in the office to a Senior Survey Technician/Project Manager that has responsible charge over field and office personnel. This diverse background has provided him with extensive expertise in residential, commercial, roadway, environmental, utility and governmental surveying & civil construction.
Kenny's technical experience extends far beyond traditional surveying. He has managed construction layout and field engineering for residential, commercial, municipal and transportation projects; prepared permit applications; performed quantitative & geometric calculations; reviewed shop drawings; coordinated construction meetings; performed field inspections; verified cost estimates; and served as a liaison between contractors, engineers, municipalities and property owners. His extensive drafting experience includes AutoCAD Civil 3D, as-built preparation, redline revisions, field data reduction, drafting standards development and quality control procedures.
As a recognized leader in the industry, Kenny has developed drafting standards adopted by engineering firms and government agencies, established field training and safety programs, supervised drafting and field personnel and implemented workflow systems that improved efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Recognizing the growing demand for experienced drafting support within the surveying and engineering professions, Kenny founded REDLINE Surveying & Civil Construction Drafting, LLC in 2026. His vision was to provide surveyors, engineers and contractors with reliable, high-quality drafting and technical support services that reduce turnaround times while maintaining the accuracy and attention to detail that today's projects demand.
Kenny's experience working with private developers, engineering firms, contractors and government agencies has provided him with a unique understanding of project requirements from concept through construction. Dawn brings a diverse background in drafting, business management, office administration and customer service to REDLINE Surveying & Civil Construction Drafting, LLC. Since entering the surveying and engineering industry in 2021 as an AutoCAD Technician, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development, continuously expanding her technical knowledge and drafting capabilities.
Over the past several years, Dawn has gained experience preparing and revising a variety of survey and engineering deliverables, including as-built surveys, redline revisions, boundary surveys, tie-in sheets, asset tables and deflection tables. Her attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret field data contribute to the production of high-quality deliverables that meet client and project requirements.

Prior to joining the surveying profession, Dawn built extensive experience in business ownership, office administration and public service. As the owner and manager of her own business for eight years, she was responsible for payroll, accounting, scheduling, customer relations and day-to-day operations. She also served as an Office Manager, overseeing scheduling, client communications, records management and administrative support for multiple professional service providers.
Additionally, Dawn has worked with municipal government agencies and within the public school system, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills while effectively managing high-pressure situations and serving the needs of diverse groups of people.
Her broad professional background, combined with her technical drafting experience, allows Dawn to bring a well-rounded perspective to every project. Her dedication to accuracy, continuous learning, organization and client service makes her a valuable member of the REDLINE team and a trusted resource for clients seeking dependable drafting support.
Kayla brings a unique combination of technical drafting expertise, project coordination, administrative management and operational support to REDLINE Surveying & Civil Construction Drafting, LLC. Since entering the surveying and engineering industry in 2019 as an AutoCAD Technician, she has developed a strong understanding of survey drafting, construction documentation and the processes required to successfully support engineering and surveying projects.
Her drafting experience includes commercial and residential construction as-builts, boundary surveys, tie-in exhibits, redline revisions, field data review, asset tables, deflection tables and quantity calculations. Kayla is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office applications and project documentation workflows, allowing her to efficiently transform field and construction data into accurate, organized deliverables for engineering and surveying professionals.
In addition to her technical responsibilities, Kayla plays an integral role in the operational side of the business. Her experience includes developing and maintaining company policies, employee handbooks, standard operating procedures, training materials, filing systems and workflow processes. She regularly coordinates with Engineers of Record, developers, contractors, field personnel and clients to facilitate communication and support project completion.
Prior to joining REDLINE, Kayla gained valuable experience in administrative management, executive support, document control, records management, billing, scheduling, client relations and organizational operations across legal, governmental, nonprofit and private-sector environments. Her background includes managing sensitive documentation, coordinating meetings and project schedules, maintaining databases and records systems, preparing reports and correspondence and supporting leadership teams in fast-paced professional settings.
Kayla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Crime Scene Investigation from Saint Leo University. Her education, combined with her diverse professional background, has strengthened her attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
